Next week, on 16th November starting 7:30 am, we bring you the one and only Helen Joy of People Spark. She’ll be speaking to us abour “Recruitment 101: Making the leap.”

Helen works with growing businesses. She’s a strong believer that recruitment is so important, even for small businesses. Being responsible for someone else’s mortgage is a big deal.

In this session, she will run us through the logistics of hiring. She’s not in HR. She helps growing businesses to get it right, knowing that the wrong hire can put your business off massively. I can also turn out to be a huge cost to you, both financially and in terms of time training.
