Your ticket includes a drink of your choice, an opportunity to introduce yourself to the group, time to network and exchange contact details and there will be a talk from our expert guest speaker, Sarah Harlow on 'Solution Focused Self Care'. Plus a follow up email with everyone's contact details (who opted in) and an invite to join a closed Facebook group.
