This Masterclass will help passionate Business leaders to transform their approach to sales & marketing. Participating will help you gain new perspectives, inspire new ideas and change your way of thinking.

Sales and marketing are so interlinked, and are often lumped together without much thought about the individual activities involved:

  • Identifying your target market
  • Tailoring your language and your message
  • Identifying why people buy from you
  • Deciding routes to market
  • Understanding how to close the sale

This Masterclass will develop your understanding, your capability and equip you to develop a strong marketing plan and a simple sales process.

What do the sessions cover?

  • Understanding the difference between marketing and sales and how marketing changes as your company grows
  • Developing knowledge and capability with tools for marketing and sales.
  • Developing marketing plans and the basics of a sales process.

This Masterclass is being delivered by:

Su Copeland has over 30 years sales and marketing experience; and works with business leaders looking to generate the right kind of opportunities and systems for growth.

She has wide sector experience with a specialism in working with technology, science and engineering organisations. Her results-based focus comes through progressing from junior roles, to managing multi-million accounts and then moving to founder roles in a number of start-ups.

As MD of a local B2B telemarketing agency, she and her team delivered successful projects for clients such as Microsoft, Fujitsu and Novartis. As CEO of Priddey Marketing she works with MDs and CEO to help them take control of their marketing and deliver the right results.  Su is the founder of The STEM Advisers Hub.

Ant Parsons is a business and environmental innovator, who uses his creative leadership to help organisations think differently about problems and opportunities. He facilitates a wide range of business support groups and has worked with hundreds of businesses in the last 2 years. He also works on a broad range of projects across the research, technology, business and impact landscape in the UK and overseas.

This Masterclass is exclusively for Berkshire based businesses and is suitable for established businesses only. The Masterclass is being run by our partner ALP Synergy, who will contact you nearer the time of the event.
