What is a Mid life crisis?
Why is it we mainly associate it with men?
As with most things in life, our views, our beliefs and believe it or not even our bodies, we go through changes.
We have growth spurts as a child, we hit puberty, things settle down (maybe have children) until we reach our 40’s. Things start to not work the same. We have imbalances in our body that may manifest themselves over years.
These actions also have an effect on the mind. Some ladies may already recognise the above list. But how many men have ever thought ‘what is wrong with me?’. There is not enough information about the female Menopause out there. So how are men supposed to know about “Andropause”?
If you don’t know what it is, how are you supposed to help yourself and those around you?
I will be discussing a little known subject and how with a little education men can help themselves and ladies can be aware of and maybe support the men in their life.
