Neurodiverse Entrepreneurs – Building a business that works for you!

A relaxed and supportive webinar where we’ll celebrate your unique strengths and explore how to build a business that truly works for you.

Overview

Join us for a relaxed and supportive webinar where we’ll celebrate your unique strengths and explore how to build a business that truly works for you. As a qualified counsellor and coach who specialises in ADHD management—and someone who’s been through the ups and downs myself—I’ve designed this session with you in mind.

In our time together, we’ll talk about:

  • Practical tips for creating a work environment that feels right for you.
  • Strategies to navigate the common challenges we face as neurodiverse entrepreneurs.
  • Personalised coaching insights to help you achieve your goals.
  • Resources that can support you on your entrepreneurial journey

This session is designed for people at various stages of understanding their neurodiversity – whether diagnosed, suspicious, curious, or interested in tapping into some coping strategies.

This is a great opportunity to connect with others who understand what you’re going through and to discover ways to unlock your full potential.

Your Guide

Emma Redman – Empowered

Empowerment and understanding are the cornerstones of her coaching practice. As someone who has navigated the complexities of life, including her own diagnosis of ADHD, she brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to her role as an empowerment coach. Emma’s journey has been rich and challenging, marked by mental health challenges, supporting her spouse through alcoholism recovery, and overcoming personal losses. This journey has not only made her resilient but also acutely aware of the diverse needs and challenges individuals face.

As a mother of three and a farmer’s wife, Emma has balanced the demands of family life with her academic pursuits, completing three years of counselling studies, all while managing the symptoms and challenges of ADHD. This experience has equipped her with a unique skill set and understanding, particularly beneficial to those seeking guidance in managing their own ADHD or similar challenges.

Emma’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has a unique potential for growth. She provides personalised, empathetic support, helping each client discover their inner strength, resilience, and wisdom. Whether you’re grappling with personal development issues, ADHD management, or looking to overcome life’s obstacles, Emma is here to guide you in creating a fulfilling life journey.
