The Reading Tech Cluster Investment Summit 2025 will showcase selected Thames Valley scale-up tech companies with the potential to become unicorns.

The Summit will be opened by the University of Reading Vice Chancellor, Professor Robert Van de Noort CBE, DL.

Then 12 previously selected growth companies will present their investment proposals to an audience of invited VC firms, business angels, professional service firms and other stakeholders.

Speakers will also include Yuan Yang, MP for Earley and Woodley, Dan Williams, CEO of measurable.energy (Reading-based scale up), and Chris Elphick (Head of Venture Capital at the BVCA).

We will take applications to participate from across the tech sector including AI, DeepTech, med and biotech, agritech, pharma, robotics, software, cybersecurity etc. The companies will ideally be revenue generating and seeking Series A or B investment.
