The second of our Developing Business Resilience webinars, focuses on Workforce Resilience – How to prioritise wellbeing and development with financial constraints.

The South Central Cluster of Growth Hubs, which includes the Enterprise M3, Coast to Capital, Solent and Berkshire Growth Hubs, are holding a series of three 20-minute webinars to help businesses during these financially challenging times.

The second of these webinars considers workforce resilience, presented by Lisa Kerr, Founder and CEO of Consulting with Kerr.

Business uncertainty has grown in the recent past with Brexit, Covid, supply chain delays, problems recruiting, spiralling inflation, soaring interest rates and the cost-of-living crisis.

It seems unfair to add recession to that list, the Bank of England are forecasting a UK recession to start in Q1 of 2023 and last 18 months.

History shows those businesses that made the right strategic choices at the start of a recession didn’t merely survive, their earnings climbed throughout the recession and after, they posted rapid growth.

In this webinar Lisa Kerr will explore with you how to prioritise wellbeing and development with financial constraints.

Lisa is a business consultant and coach; Growth Champion for Coast to Capital LEP and a Business Mentor on the Government-sponsored Help to Grow: Management programme. She is a Chartered Accountant with CIPD qualifications in HR Management and Reward Management.

Lisa supports business leaders using her Productivity 4 Profitability framework to review Perspective, Performance, People and Process, identifying small changes that will deliver big benefits.

What will be covered:

• Retention through prioritising wellbeing

• Expanding your talent pool

• Investing in leadership and management

• Efficient training options

• Where to go for help – provided by Growth Hub Host

Attendees will be invited to post in the chat box and responses will be sent out after the webinar to registered participants.

Who is it for?

This webinar is open to business leaders and those responsible for people strategy.
