They are available at four levels, from Intermediate (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) right through to Degree Apprenticeships (Level 6/7) and take between one and four years to complete. - A recruitment agency may help with selecting the right people. The agency will have understanding of the recruitment market, access to potential candidates, experience of the process and reduces the time of hire and risk of a bad hire.
- Talk to the local college network who support apprenticeship programmes and other vocational training including BCA, Bracknell & Wokingham College, Newbury College, Reading College, West Berkshire Training Consortium, Windsor Forest Colleges Group and Activate Enterprise.

Host a T Level student on industry placement. Not only do T Levels help employers find their future workforce, but successful students can progress onto higher level training programmes such as degree apprenticeships. You can help T Level students gain real insight into the careers available in your sector by hosting an industry placement. You’ll also be able to access an employer fund to help with legitimate costs for placements hosted before 31 March 2024. Find out more here.
