I am a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and work as a Health & Wellbeing Coach on the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme. I also run weight loss courses at GP surgeries on behalf of the Public Health Collaboration charity.
Although I have a special interest in working with women looking for a natural solution to their menopause symptoms, I have also supported many men and women on a range of different health concerns – from acid reflux, bloating and constipation, to high blood pressure and cholesterol to chronic headaches, eczema and weight loss.
