With every new business idea, comes new challenges. The Berkshire High Growth Programme aims to help you reach and exceed your business goals by putting those ideas into action. It’s designed to support small business owners who are ready to seize opportunities to grow by leading more effectively, generating more customers and turnover, scaling up, and bringing new products/services to market.

What’s the structure of the Programme?

The Berkshire High Growth Programme is fully funded and designed to work with businesses who are looking to grow. Providing up to 12 hours of intensive support, you will have an initial meeting with a dedicated Growth Hub Business Adviser followed by tailored business support through 1-2-1 sessions and choice of Masterclasses covering the key business topics of

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Digital marketing
  • Leadership / People
  • Finance/Funding for Growth

Is my business eligible for the programme?

The Programme is for established businesses based in Berkshire. You will:

  • Have been trading for over a year
  • Show a growth rate of at least 10% to 20% or demonstrate your ambition and capability to reach this level of growth over the next three years.

When does it start?

The Programme, including Masterclasses (explore on our Events page) is open for applications. Places are limited, so apply now.
