    • Are you a Leader or an Aspiring Leader of an Emerging Biotech Company?

    • Do you want to learn more about other people’s experiences, and share your thoughts on being in the leadership team of an emerging biotech company?
    • Are you looking to learn from, and meet with, your peers and experienced industry professionals?

This #AgileLeaders Forum theme:

The Biotech Journey – the Do’s, Don’ts and Hacks.

This #AgileLeaders Forum will focus on the journey of a Biotech from the initial inception of start-up, travelling through to a scale-up. The discussion will focus on the various growth steps of the journey and what the various “hacks” are to help the founders shortcut the problems ahead. The session will be interactive with esteemed industry expert Prof Tony Sedgwick providing the skeleton of the journey and the participants adding their experiences. The initial 90 minutes of the session will be followed by our partners /sponsors adding how their services should be brought in early into the planning, followed by Q&A and debate. The final 45 minutes will focus on rounding up everybody’s last comments and thoughts on what they have heard. We will look at the value of this input and help participants understand better the “big” picture.

Our #AgileLeaders “think-tank” workshops are interactive and we pride ourselves on the equal inclusion of all those taking part. No preparation is required by the participants, as the conversation and debate evolve from each participant’s contribution. This all takes place under Chatham House Rules to allow participants to be themselves to help us debate real issues that you may be facing, and also spark fresh ideas.
