Great Britain now has its own robust regulatory framework for goods, and manufacturers have been able to start using the UKCA marking since 1 January 2021. The UKCA regime seeks to ensure consumers are protected from unsafe, and non-compliant goods. Businesses have until 23:00 on 31 December 2024 to transition to the new regime.

Please note, we are unable to provide advice on your specific circumstances and we will not be able to answer questions relating to construction products (including AVCP), transportable pressure equipment, medical devices, cableways, marine equipment and rail products.

Submit your questions ahead of the webinar using this form. The form for questions will close at 11:00 on 24 February 2023.
